La det hele sm\u00e5koke under lokk til kj\u00f8ttet er m\u00f8rt (ca 1 time, men avhenger av kj\u00f8ttet). Kutt urtene i fingerst\u00f8rrelse og ha i sammen med knust sitron. La koke sammen i ca 20 minutter. Smak til med salt og pepper. Tradisjonelt siles suppen og serveres ved siden av en mos av kj\u00f8ttblandingen.
