Finhakk hvitl\u00f8ken og surr sammen med den gyldne l\u00f8ken.<br \/>\nFinhakk  spinaten og bland med l\u00f8kblandingen.<br \/>\nStek videre i  5 \u2013 10 minutter.<br \/>\nN\u00e5r den er ferdig, trekk fra varmen og la den bli helt kald.<br \/>\nBland deretter med yoghourt.
