Sett i ovnen p\u00e5 250 \u00b0C og stek auberginen 45 minutter eller mer inntil skinnet blir skrumpete og nesten t\u00f8rt.<br \/>\nTa auberginene ut av ovnen og del dem i to p\u00e5 langs.  Bruk en spiseskje og skrap ut innmaten. Hvis det forsatt er igjen noe vann i auberginen,  klem v\u00e6sken ut. <\/p>\n<p>Hakk l\u00f8k og stek den gylden i panna.
