Ha i olivenolje og salt. Tilsett mel  lit av gangen mens du r\u00f8rer til deigen slipper bollen. R\u00f8r til det blir en jevn masse. Deigen skal ikke v\u00e6re for stiv heller ikke for klissete.<br \/>\n<a data-lightbox=\"barbari\" href=\"images\/barbari2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"right_image\" alt=\"barbari2.jpg\" title=\"B\u00e6rb\u00e6ribr\u00f8d\" src=\"images\/barbari2.jpg\"><\/a><br \/>\nLa deigen heve til dobbel st\u00f8rrelse i ca 45 min.<br \/>\nHa mel p\u00e5 arbeidsbenken. Del deigen i 4 like store deler og lag runde baller av dem. La de 4 deigballene ligge p\u00e5 benken. Dekk dem med h\u00e5ndkle , og la dem hvile i ca 15 minutter.<br \/>\nVarm ovnen til 250\u00b0C.<br \/>\nKjevl ut eller bruk fingrene til \u00e5 lage en lang ovalt formet br\u00f8ddeig som vist p\u00e5 bilde ca 10&#215;35 cm.<br \/>\nLegg b\u00e6rb\u00e6ribr\u00f8dene p\u00e5 plater. Lag avlange spor p\u00e5 br\u00f8dene, deretter pensle dem med vann. Dryss p\u00e5 litt sesamfr\u00f8 eller lignende hvis du har lyst. \u00d8k temperaturen til 280\u00b0C og stek b\u00e6rb\u00e6ribr\u00f8dene p\u00e5 280\u00b0C eller mer grader midt i ovnen i ca 5-8 minutter eller mer. Jeg bruker grillen for \u00e5 steke dem, men da passer jeg hele tiden p\u00e5 dem for at de ikke skal bli brent.<br \/>\nJeg minne dere p\u00e5 at det er ikke noe som heter &#8220;nanbr\u00f8d&#8221; men den heter nan eller br\u00f8d.<br \/>\nDet er slik at ordet nan p\u00e5 Persisk betyr br\u00f8d.
