Klem ut saften av limen i en bolle. Bland hakket koriander, basilikum og olje med salt og pepper i blanding.<\/p>\n<p>Vi pakker hver av laksefilene for seg<br \/>\nSm\u00f8r 2 stk aluminiumsfolie med litt av urteblandingen. Legg laksefiletene p\u00e5 folien og sm\u00f8r resten av blandingen over laksen, brett aluminiumsfoliene slik at fisken blir pakket inn. <\/p>\n<p>Sett midt i ovnen p\u00e5 250 \u00b0C og stek lakseskivene i 20 minutter.  Jeg pleier \u00e5 steke dem i peisen etter \u00e5 ha peisen godt varmet, uten flammer self\u00f8lgelig. Men da m\u00e5 du selv beregne b\u00e5de varmen i peisen samt tiden for stekingen.<\/p>\n<p>Fisken kan server enten med ris eller med potet.
