Fyll med 3 dl. vann, tilsett resten av ingrediensene. Sett kjelen p\u00e5 platen p\u00e5 middels varme til den er ferdig kokt da skal alt vann dampes bort. Dra risen opp slik at den ser ut som en fjell, tilsett lit olivenolje rundt risen. Dekk kjelen med et rent h\u00e5ndkle og lokk, la den st\u00e5 p\u00e5 svak varme for damping.
