Hell over \u00f8let og start \u00e5 vispe. Husk du skal ikke bruke alt\u00f8let,  mesteparten kan du drikke mens du lager maten. Mengden av \u00f8l justerer du slik at gr\u00f8ten du lager blir like tykk som vaffelr\u00f8re.<br \/>\nN\u00e5r r\u00f8ren er klar,  la den st\u00e5 i kj\u00f8leskapet i ca 1\/2 time.<br \/>\nSkj\u00e6r stykker av fiskefilet. Del  fileten i midten ved \u00e5 legge inn noen parmesanflak.<br \/>\nHell olje i pannen, varm opp til den er veldig varm. Legg parmesanflakene inn mellom fisken som er sk\u00e5ret i midten og dypp fisken i r\u00f8re.  Deretter legger du den i varmet olje.
