Hakk hvitl\u00f8ken. Del squashen i terninger, hakk basilikum, ha alt over i kasserollen sammen med l\u00f8ken. Tilsett salt og fres gr\u00f8nnsakene videre p\u00e5 sterk varme i ca 10-15 minutter. <\/p>\n<p>Tilsett kyllingkraften og pepper og kok suppen i ca 10 minutter p\u00e5 veldig svak varme.<br \/>\nTa kasserollen av platen og ta ut \u00bc del av suppen inkludert squash. Bruk en stavmikser og kj\u00f8r \u00be del av suppen glatt. Hell tilbake resten av suppen. Tilsett fl\u00f8te\/cr\u00e8me fraiche. Ha i halvparten av parmesanen og halvparten av hakket bladpersille. Trekk suppen i et par minutter. Server i dype tallerkener.
