Hell vann i kjelen, ca 4 kopper. Ha i en del olivenolje, ca 0,5 kopp og gurkemeie og salt. La koke opp og kok til alt vannet nesten er borte og risen er s\u00e5 vidt myk. Test et par risgryn med tennene, de skal ikke knekke. N\u00e5r risen er passe konsistent lager man en &#8220;pyramide&#8221; av risen og har i litt olje rundt kanten. La risen dampe i ca 1,5 time p\u00e5 svak varme(plate styrke nr 3 av 9).<br \/>\nKutt l\u00f8ken i strimler, ha olje i en panne, stek l\u00f8ken gylden. Legg den p\u00e5 t\u00f8rkepapir og la den renne oljen fra seg, la deretter t\u00f8rke.
