Kutt l\u00f8ken og stek den i olivenolje. Tilsett hakket hvitl\u00f8k og squashene. Stek dem myke og litt gyldne. La dem avkj\u00f8les.<br \/>\nVisp egg, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche og tilsett hvetemel litt av gangen mens du visper. Bland inn raspet parmesan.<br \/>\nBland de nedkj\u00f8lte squashterningene og hakket basilikum i eggeblandingen.
