Skrell aubergine og squash.\u00a0 Kutt i ca 3-4 cm tykke terninger\u00a0og\u00a0putt alt i\u00a0kasserollen sammen med resten. Fres det godt.  Hold h\u00f8y temperatur og r\u00f8r hele tiden. Det er viktig at de blir godt stekt og ikke kokt. N\u00e5r det er godt frest, tilsettes\u00a0tomater kuttet i sm\u00e5 b\u00e5ter.\u00a0Fres under omr\u00f8ring ved sterk varme i\u00a0ca\u00a05-10 minutter. M\u00e5let er at det skal dampes fort for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 mye v\u00e6ske. La det hele koke uten lokk til alt er kokt sammen (ca 10 minutter).
