(Man kan ogs\u00e5 bruke brystet av en grilletkylling uten skinn). Kok eggene 13 minutter og potetene ca 30 min. Fjern skall p\u00e5 eggene og potetene og rasp dem. Kyllingbrystet skal rives i sm\u00e5 biter med hendene. Putt alt i en stor bolle sammen med de gr\u00f8nne ertene og 3 grovhakkede sylteagurker. Bland saften av limen med 2\/3 av majonesen, salt og pepper. Legg s\u00e5 dette pent p\u00e5 fat og sm\u00f8r resten av majonesen p\u00e5 toppen.
