Kutt og vask stangsellerien i biter, ca 1 cm lange. Hakk l\u00f8ken stek til den blir gylden. Tilsett kj\u00f8ttet og stek til kj\u00f8ttet blir gyllent ha i gurkemeie. Tilsett deretter stangsellerien og finhakket mynte, stek videre til sellerien f\u00e5r en fin m\u00f8rkegr\u00f8nn farge. Ca 5 minutter p\u00e5 h\u00f8y temperatur. Tilsett deretter vannet og la koke under lokk p\u00e5 lav varme til kj\u00f8ttet er m\u00f8rt, ca 45 minutter. Koketiden avhenger av kj\u00f8ttets kvalitet. S\u00f8rg for at retten ikke koker t\u00f8rr.
